我不想说什么...：生气 只有无奈...和BS...

注意看第二第三...

- 开发商证书对拥有发布者ID的用户开放。只有当你用发布者ID通过DevCertCreate工具来创建的CSR文件才能够使用开放签署离线创造一个开发商证书。
- 没有发布者ID的用户不能使用离线签署。

不知道他们什么意思...何必呢...这么伤和气..：不服

居然要我们都去买[size=4]发布者ID[/size][size=2]...对于SYMBIAN SIGNED我无奈...[/size]

Developer Certificate creation has been disabled earlier than anticipated due to a high load. We will enable Developer Certificate creation tomorrow (14th February) at the following times (All times are UK times):
09:00am - 10:00am
11:00am - 12:00am
2:00pm - 3:00pm


Apologies for the continuing problems. We hope to resolve this issue before Monday 18th February and remove the restrictions.

由于时差的关系，所以我们能申请的时段就分别是北京时间的
17:00 - 18:00
19:00 - 20:00
22:00 - 23:00

2月14日22:30塞班网发出了一个公告

New Open Signed Developer Certificate request
Developer Certificate creation is temporarily disabled, this is due to a hardware failure specifically in the Developer Certificate creation process. Plans to enable it for periods today have been cancelled due to very high load on the web site. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are working on a solution for this and will have an update on this issue on Friday 15th February at 10:00am UK time.

因为今天申请的人数过多，负载过大，所以塞班网目前暂停申请证书的服务。他们正对此制定一个解决方法，并将于他们当地时间10:00(北京时间18:00)重新开放证书申请服务。
